Ads Intelligence Hub is an advertising analytics, reporting and optimisation service operated by JJ Toys LTD, company number 12863060.

2. Information we process

Depending on the services used and permissions granted, we may process:

• Business and authorised-user contact information
• Advertising account, profile and marketplace identifiers
• OAuth authorisation tokens, permission scopes and connection status
• Campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targets, placements, products and search terms
• Impressions, clicks, spend, sales, orders, ACOS, ROAS and related metrics
• Technical, access, error and security logs

We do not ask users to provide advertising-platform passwords.

3. How we use information

• To authenticate users and maintain authorised account connections
• To retrieve, display, analyse and export advertising reports
• To calculate performance indicators and generate recommendations
• To carry out actions requested or approved by authorised users
• To provide support, maintain security and investigate misuse
• To comply with legal, contractual and platform requirements

We do not sell connected advertising-account data or make it publicly available.

4. Service providers and sharing

We may use approved providers for cloud hosting, databases, backups, authentication, security, software development, technical support, monitoring, payments, analytics and artificial-intelligence functions.

Providers may process information only for agreed purposes and under appropriate confidentiality, security and data-protection obligations.

5. International processing

Information may be processed in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States and other countries where connected platforms or approved service providers operate.

Where required, we use lawful international-transfer safeguards permitted by UK data-protection law.

6. Retention

• Authorisation tokens are retained while the relevant connection is active and are removed or invalidated after disconnection, subject to reasonable backup periods.
• Advertising and reporting data may be retained while an account is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless law, contract or platform rules require otherwise.
• Security, access and error logs may be retained for up to 12 months.
• Billing records may be retained for up to seven years where required by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, which may include encryption, access restrictions, secret management, authentication controls, logging, backups and access reviews.

8. Automated analysis

The service may use automated calculations or artificial intelligence to produce summaries and recommendations. These outputs should be reviewed by an authorised user before material campaign decisions are made.

9. Your rights and choices

Users may revoke access through the connected advertising platform or ask us to disconnect an account. Depending on applicable law, individuals may also have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of personal data.

Right to object: Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object. We will stop the relevant processing unless there are compelling lawful grounds to continue or the information is required for legal claims.
